We accept returns for most items purchased on Xenas.site within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Any tags or labels on the product must not be removed.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Items that are not eligible for return include:

2. Return Process
